my room was just steps from the sand on the ground floor. the staff were friendly and helpful and always available. the room had a most comfortable bed a good-sized modern bathroom and ample hanging space. the infinity pool was great and the staff kept it exclusively .
i found that the bar closed quite early at 7 pm and there were no options for food or drinks after that. this made it difficult if we arrived late and wanted a bite.

I stayed in the Superior Double Room. The room had a spacious patio area. I was able to relax there even during heavy rain. The staff was amazing and promptly fixed a light. They also ensured the TV stayed connected after a storm.
The resort is located next to a road and the bungalow rooms are not soundproof.

the beach location was great, directly accessible from the hotel.
the room wasn't properly cleaned, i noticed ants on the bathroom floor and even nests on the upper part of the wall. the shower water temperature was not adjustable, it was only cold. staff seemed unhelpful, especially the receptionist.

I had a room right on the beach, it was beautiful. The restaurant, the pool, and even the massages faced the beach. The quality was fine. there were breakfast options, american, english, or thai. I chose eggs, meat, vegetables, bread, butter, fruit, juice, tea, and coffee.
The security guard refused entry and demanded ID late one night. He assumed i was a sex worker.
